Universal Monitor Mount Assembly Guide
Start by assembling the nuts and bolts onto the brackets.
Slide the brackets down the side of the main posts.
Attach the 40x40 posts to the brackets by sliding them onto the bolts from step 1.
At this stage they don’t need to be 100% aligned.
Next assemble two brackets onto the side of the posts.
The brackets may need the tabs broken off with a flat head screw driver.
Next place the 40x80 beam on only slightly tightening the bolts down.
Use a spirit level to make it horizontal and once its level then start to tighten the bolts.
Next step is to add the next 2 brackets and tightening down the bolts.

Slide the two smaller brackets onto the main horizontal beam.

The small squares sit in the channel.
The larger bracket sits at the top.
The smaller one sits on the bottom.

Our variable brackets only support 100x100 VESA which will work with the majority of monitors on the market.
Use the 4 holes and screws provided. Some monitors may required the included spacers as well.

Now the monitor can be lowered onto the bracket.

The monitor can be adjusted by turning the screws.
The brackets connecting to the main upright beam may need to be adjusted to achieve the appropriate positioning.
Once the monitor is in position tighten the left / right movement bolts. Careful not to over tighten as these are a plastic thread.

Finally, to finish, add the caps to the open ends
