Shipping policy

Shipping times

General orders take 0-5 business days to fulfil then 2-9 days to ship depending on location. International shipping can take longer than 2-9 days due to factors outside of our control.

Tracking details will be added to your order when it is fulfilled / shipped. We will send you an email with the tracking details.

Customised products: Any customised or personalised product is made to order and shipped directly from our supplier. A tracking number will be provided once the order has been manufactured and shipped.

Backorders: Backorder ship via sea freight from our suppliers. Manufacture and shipping from our suppliers can add up to 12 weeks. 

Shipping Options

Local delivery is available in some areas of Sydney. This will show as an option at checkout.
Orders are shipping via courier and split into packages up to 25kgs.
Shipping is calculated at checkout.

Returns, refunds, exchanges

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at craig@craigssimrigs.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

We do not accept returns or refunds other than when legally obligated.
